Outreach and Events

Community outreach and neighborhood events provide a great opportunity to conduct basic screenings such as Blood Pressure, Glucose, Vision, etc., and also link people into care that need additional services.  Many of the mobile units in the consortium are available to provide outreach services outside of their regular schedule, though each mobile unit provides different services and targets different populations.
