St. Anna’s Mobile Medical Unit is travels to various areas in and around New Orleans to provide healthcare to vulnerable populations.   In addition to our own neighborhood near the Treme Neighborhood, we have served the St. Roch area, the Lower 9th Ward, Central City, Mid-City, sections of St. Bernard Parish, and a predominantly Hispanic area of Kenner.  We partner with community organizations, churches and homeless resource centers to deliver optimal care.  We continue to be cognizant of other areas that may benefit from our services with the continued lack of “normal” health care access and transportation difficulties, especially for the un-insured and under-insured.  We have had over 15,000 client visits since we started in April 2006.
